My decade of hands-on hospitality experience fuels the advice shared here at PMJ Hospitality.

I’ve worked in a wide range of roles within the hospitality sector – from bussing tables and bartending, to managing the entire FOH operations for restaurants and bars.

I’ve also consulted numerous hospitality startups, helping them develop business plans, find financing, and successfully launch their concepts. Running my own hospitality consulting firm gave me invaluable experience in the strategic aspects of this industry.
